摘要 介绍了宝钢5#高炉鼓风机CS3000控制系统手操器MODBUS通讯发生故障后,通过更换卡件、增加屏蔽、修改扫描周期等排除法手段,最终发现是MODBUS通讯卡SB311与用于机组事故记录的SOE通讯相冲突,将SB311延时18μs后解决了故障。 There were some faults occurring of the CS3000 system for 5^#blast furnace blower in hand controller MODBUS communication of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. Some means to solve the problems were used, such as changing card part, increasing screen and amending scanning period. At last, it found out that there was interference between MODBUS communication card SB311 and SOE communication used for fault record of the unit. The fault was solved by time delay 18μs.
