摘要
介绍了PLC在选矿厂磨矿车间控制系统中的应用过程、控制系统的组成、特点、功能以及控制软件的设计等。通过实际应用表明,该系统能够可靠、准确地完成控制操作、实时监测运行状况,并对现场出现的各种突发事件及时报警,取得了良好的控制监测效果。
The application procedure of PLC in the control system for a crushing workshop of the concentrator was presented. Composition, characteristics, function and design of control software were also described. The practice showed that the system could control operation reliably and correctly, carry out real time monitor of operation state. It also could give an alarm in time as various sudden incidents took place and the system acquired satisfactory control and monitor effects.
