摘要 目的了解锰暴露对神经行为的影响。方法随机选取太原市清徐县某小学校,整群抽取四、五年级学生200名为暴露组;随机选取太原市尖草坪区某小学整群抽取四、五年级学生200名作为非暴露组。进行儿童一般情况调查及神经行为测试。结果经t检验,简单反应时平均反应时间暴露组(626.9±126.9)ms明显高于非暴露组(580.4±99.4)ms,P<0.01。数字译码、视觉记忆和目标追踪打点总数得分,暴露组(46.0±13.73、7.0±1.7、186.4±51.5)均明显低于非暴露组(50.3±19.5、7.7±1.5、198.8±58.1),P值均小于0.05。暴露组中,女生简单反应时的平均反应时间和最快反应速度用时高于男生(P<0.05)。结论锰暴露对儿童的神经行为有一定影响,对女生的影响高于男生。 Objective To study the influence of Manganese exposure on nerve behavior. Methods Subjects came from two elementary sehcols located in Taiyuan northern suburb and Qingxu county, respectively. 200 cluildren from 4 - 5 grades were randomly selected in each. school with cluster sampling method. The ones from Qingxu county were divicled into exposure group and the ones from Taiyuan northern suburb divided into non-exposure groups. Investigations included basic information of clildren and NCTB. Results T-test was used.The average reaction time of Simple-Reaction-Time in the exposure group (626.9 ± 126.9) ms was longer than that in the non-exposure group (580.4 ± 99.4) ms, P 〈 0.01. In Digit Symbol Test, Benton Visual Retention Test and the total of Pursuit Aiming Test II, the scores of the exposure groups (46.0 ±13.73, 7.0 ± 1.7, 186.4 ± 51.5) were lower titan those of the non-exposure groups (50.3±19.5, 7.7± 1.5, 198.8±58.1), P〈0.05. In the exposure group, the average reaction time of Simpie-Reaction-Time and the most high-speed response speed in male were higher titan those in female ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Manganese exposme has effects on clildren's nerve behavior, especially on fain.ale than on male.
