SF-36量表在乙型肝炎患者生存质量测量中的可行性评价

Feasibility of the MOS 36-item Short Form Health Survey in the Assessment of the Quality of Life in Hepatitis B Patients

目的评价SF-36量表在乙型肝炎患者生存质量测量中的可行性。方法对150例乙型肝炎患者的测量结果,考核量表应答率、Cronbach α系数、内容效度、结构效度和甄别力等进行评价。结果SF-36量表各维度的条目能被全部回答的比例范围是94.8%-97.8%,维度分数能被计算的比例范围是98.5%-100.0%;各维度Cronbach’sα系数范围是0.513-0.934;9I条目与VT维度的相关系数为0.334,其余大于0.4;VT维度与构想的生理健康强相关不一致;VT和MH维度不能表现出应该有的区别患者与正常人、疾病的严重程度上的差异。结论从总体上看SF-36量表用于测定乙型肝炎患者具有比较好的信度、效度,但不够全面。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of the MOS 36-item short form health survey （SF-36） in the assessment of the quality of life in Hepatitis B patients. Methods The responsiveness, Cmnbaeh α coefficient, content validity, construct validity and diserinfinate of the SF-36 were examined. Results The range that all items were responded in 8 domains is 94.8% - 97.8%. The range flint all domains were scored is 98.5% - 100%. Cmnbaeh α eoefficaient of 8 domains ranged from 0.513 to 0.934. The correlation coefficient of dm 9I item with VT domain is 0.334, of the others are all above 0.4. The VT domain is inconsistent with it＇ s conceived. The VT and MH domains can not discriminate the patients with non-patients. Conclusion SF-36 has good reliability and validity as a whole, bat can not assess all facets of the Hepatitis B patients.
