健身运动处方对大学生形态机能影响的实验研究

摘要 选择非体育专业健康大学生121人,随机分为力量组、耐力组、瘦身组与对照组。实验组分别按照自行设计的力量、耐力、瘦身三套健身运动处方进行教学,对照组按原来习惯锻炼。根据《中国学生体质调研》的测试指标测量四组18周前后变化情况。结果显示:实验组18周后大学生的生理机能均发生良好改善,运动处方作用效果显著;大学生身体素质均在不同程度、不同侧重的指标上有所增强;耐力、瘦身运动处方对耐力素质的影响尤为突出。 One hundred and twenty-one fit college students are selected, and they are randomly divided into four groups that are physical strength, endurance, losing weight and contrast. These groups are given teaching on the basis of three types of prescription of body-building including physical strength, endurance and thin body, while another group of contrast does not change the original habit of training. According to the test norm of the physique of investigation and research, the author will focus on the changes of these four groups before and after eighteen weeks. The result shows that the physiological function of college students selected in these four groups has greatly improved, especially the prescription of body-building has the most obvious effect. Also the body diathesis of college students has promoted in the different scopes and different emphases, meanwhile the groups of endurance and thin body have influenced the quality of endurance prominently.
