Teachers＇ professional ethics construction must be combined with socialist concept of honor and disgrace. We must give priority to major tasks, identify key issues, strengthen the leadership, improve the mechanism and promote our teachers＇ qualities thoroughly to offer qualified teachers to education to satisy our people.
