摘要
对目前高校青年教师的思想状况、存在的主要问题、思想政治教育滞后的原因进行了分析和探讨,并就如何有效地加强和改进青年教师思想想政治工作提出了建设性意见。
This paper analyzes the main problems and causes of young college teachers＇ ideological condition and offers some constructive suggestions on how to strengthen and improve their ideological and political work.
