大学生挫折承受力与人格的相关性研究

Personality correlates to frustration tolerance in undergraduates

目的探索大学生挫折承受力与人格等因素的关系。方法用自编挫折承受力问卷、卡特尔16项人格问卷（16PF）对大学生进行测定。结果①稳定性、恃强性、敢为性和实验性（r值分别为0．230，0．193，0．157，0．233）的人格特质与挫折承受力的内在思维情绪呈显著正相关，而敏感性、怀疑性、忧虑性和紧张性与此呈负相关；聪慧性、稳定性、恃强性、兴奋性、有恒性、敢为性、实验性与自律性与挫折承受力的外在行为表现呈显著正相关，怀疑性、忧虑性和紧张性则与此呈负相关（P〈0．05）。②逐步回归分析表明，稳定性、实验性、学生的专业和忧虑性进人回归方程且有显著意义，对挫折承受力的内在思维情绪起预测作用（P〈0．01）。结论挫折承受力与某些人格特质有关，在研究和培养大学生挫折承受力的同时应结合他们的人格特质。

Objective To investigate the relationship between frustration tolerance and personality. Methods We measured undergraduates with Frustration Tolerance Scale and Sixteen Personality Factor Question- naire（16PF）. Results ①Stability, relies on the stubborn and unyielding person, dares for the nature and the experimental personality characteristic and the frustration tolerance intrinsic performance assumes obviously is be-ing connected, sensitivity, skeptical and tension assume the inverse correlation with this; Intelligent, stability, re-ly on the stubborn and unyielding person, excitability, have the constancy, dare for the natural, experimental and the automatic rhythmicity and the frustration tolerance external behavior performance assume obviously are being connected, but skeptical, anxious and tension then assumes the inverse correlation with this （ P 〈 0.05 ）. ②The gradually regression analysis indicated that stable, experimental, student＇s specialty and anxious enters the regres- sion equation also has the remarkable significance, plays the forecast role to the frustration tolerance intrinsic thought mood （ P 〈 0.01 ） ;Skeptical, experimental nature, school, the automatic rhythmicity and the tension enter the regression equation, has the forecast significance to the frustration tolerance external behavior performance（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Frustration tolerance and university student＇s certain personality special characteristic relat-ed. We while study and raise the university student frustration tolerance to be supposed to unify their personality special characteristic.
