复合式小梁切除术后浅前房的原因分析

Cause and treatment of shallow anterior chamber after combined trabeculectomy on glaucoma

目的分析青光眼复合式小梁切除术后浅前房的原因。方法对68例130眼青光眼复合式小梁切除术后浅前房的发生程度进行分析,治疗。结果130眼发生浅前房19眼,占14.62%。结膜渗漏、引流过畅、脉络膜脱离及睫状环阻塞性青光眼是小梁切除术后浅前房的主要原因。结论术后浅前房是一种常见的并发症。手术结束时前房重建和术后及时治疗浅前房是重要的。

Objective To explore the cause of shallow antefi-or chamber after combined trabeculectomy. Methods 130 eyes of 68 cases who had suffered from glaucoma underwent combined trab- eculectomy. The number of eyes and extent of shallow anterior chamber were observed and treated correspondently. Results There were 19 eyes with shallow anterior chamber among 130 eyes, and the percentage was 14.62%. The main causes of shallow ante- rior chamber after trabeculectomy were conjunctival exudation, cho- roidal detachment, excessive filtering function. Careful operaion,good reconstruction and timely management were crucial to decrease t the complications. Conclusion Shallow anterior chamber can not be fully preventable but its happpening can be minimized. Find out causes and deal with them before it happens.
