摘要
目的对泪小管吻合术中硅胶条的留置进行改进。方法72例(72眼)吻合的泪小管中置入硅胶条,硅胶条的另一端从泪点引出,插入另一泪小管中,并将硅胶条固定缝合在泪阜上,留置3月后拔除。结果除1例外,均手术成功。术后2～3月硅胶条泪阜固定缝线撕脱者7例,下泪点撕裂者11例。下泪点轻度外翻者4例,其余68例无外翻,所有患者泪道冲洗均通畅。结论硅胶条留置的改良有助于减少术后硅胶条的脱出、维持泪点的正常位置,减少溢泪。
Objective To improve the method of the reten-tion of silicone tube after canalicular anastemosis and reduce the happening of complications. Methods 72 patients was clone and the silicone tube was fixed to caruncle with a stitch. The stents were removed 3 months after surgery and patients were followed up for 3 months. Results 1 of the surgery failed because of the severe in-jury of canaliculus. Others were successful. 4 patients got eversionof lower punctum. 3 of the patiens got mild symptomatic epiphora postoperatively. Conclusions New method of retention of silicone tube is a successful surgery.
