电针对急性局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠肝细胞线粒体保护作用机理研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探索电针对急性局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠肝细胞线粒体保护作用机理。方法应用透射电镜线粒体体视学检测急性脑缺血再灌注大鼠线粒体的变化并测定治疗前后肝细胞线粒体ATP酶活性及肝细胞总抗氧化能力。结果模型组肝细胞线粒体体视学、ATP酶活性及肝细胞总抗氧化能力检测结果与对照组相比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);电针治疗后,肝细胞线粒体体视学、ATP酶活性及肝细胞总抗氧化能力检测结果均有明显改善,与模型组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论电针对急性局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠引发的肝细胞线粒体损伤具有确切的保护作用,其治疗作用机理是通过拮抗活性氧过氧化损伤和改善能量代谢来实现的。 Objective To investigate the mechanism of the protective action of electroacupuncture on hepatocellular mitochondria in rats with acute focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. Methods A sterological examination of mitochondria was performed and hepatocellular mitochondrial ATP enzyme activity and total antioxldant capacity were measured. Results There was significant differences in hepatocellular mitochondrial stereology, ATP enzyme activity and total antioxidant capacity between the model and control groups (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). After electroacupuncture, hepatocellular mitochondrial stereology, ATP enzyme activity and total antioxidant ca- pacity all significantly improved and were significantly different from those in the model group ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Electroacupuncture has an exact protective effect on injured hepatocellular mitochondria in rats with acute focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. Its therapeutic effect is achieved by reducing active oxygen hyperoxidative injury and improving energy metabolism.
