我国现阶段的收入分配差距扩大,不能归因于改革和效率优先。收入分配差距扩大不是改革的结果,而是改革不完善的结果。公平并不是没有收入分配差距,收入分配差距扩大也不是效率优先的结果。只有不断深化政治体制和经济体制改革,在效率优先基础上实现经济发展,通过政府的干预来实现收入分配差距的缩小。
