摘要
物流企业核心竞争力更多的是体现为以客户需求为导向,通过物流资源整合,努力建设企业文化,开发人力资源,不断进行技术和管理创新,从而快速有效地实现客户需求的能力。我国大部分物流企业的核心竞争力不强,建议从经营模式、服务技术、增值服务、企业品牌、企业文化、人力资源等方面加以培育。
The core competitiveness of logistics enterprises were mostly embodted by orienting oy the clients' needs through the resources integration, trying to build enterprise culture, exploring hu- man resources, continuously carrying on technology and management innovation and then meeting the clients" demand quickly and effectively. The core competitiveness of most of our logistics enterprises was not strong. Our suggestions were to cultivate it from management mode, service technology, value --added services, enterprise brand, enterprise culture, human resources and etc.
