摘要
实验采用DMC和DMD两种不同的单体以水溶液聚合法合成了DMC-AM-乙二醛和DMD-AM-乙二醛两种湿强剂,对合成产物进行了表征,并对其应用效果进行了比较,结果表明前者增湿强效果优于后者,是一种优良的造纸湿强剂,其合成和应用技术有待进一步的研究和探讨。
Two kinds of wet strength agents ( acrylamide-DMC-glyoxal and acrylamide-DMD-glyoxal) were synthesized by aqueous polymerization. At the same time, the impacts of the reaction conditions on the properties and reinforcing effects in paper wet strength of the two kind synthesized products were compared. The structures of acrylamide-DMC-glyoxal and acrylamide-DMD-glyoxal were analyzed by IR. The result shows that the former is superior to the later. The former is a good wet strength agents. The synthesis and application of the wet strength agent needs to be further researched.
