回眸与展望:上海高校招生考试制度改革

Review and Prospect: the Reform of the Colleges System in Shanghai

上世纪80年代以来,上海高等学校招生考试制度改革始终领先全国,上海率先推出的高中会考、"春季考试,春季招生"和"综合能力测试"等多项改革措施影响深远。客观地看,上海高等学校招生考试制度改革,对高校入学考试体系的改革探索、对高校招生自主权的确认与扩大、对学生升学意愿的尊重等方面影响颇大。尤其是进入新世纪以后,随着我国高等教育"大众化"、"普及化"进程的推进,上海开始建构新的高校招生考试体系,并注意分步实施、扎实推进,同时也取得了良好的效果。但我们也应看到,上海在高校招生考试制度建设方面还有许多路要走,可以说任重而道远。

Since the last century 80＇s, the reform of the enrolment and entrance examination, system in colleges and universities of shanghai has been in the lead throughout the nation. Shanghai was the first to put forward the high school graduate test, the spring enrolment and exam and the integrative abilities test and so on. These reform measures have great influence on education reform all over the country. But we should analyze success objectively has many things to do before reaching requirments of ＂popularization of higher education＂, and we should shoulder heavy responsibilities.
