On Construction of Teacher Cultivation Pattern

摘要 教师培养模式的建构不仅取决于人们对其所要解决的问题的理解和把握,更取决于对影响这一问题的变量的分析和认识。本文认为,教师培养模式的构建要充分考虑教师基本素质培养问题,尤其要对影响教师基本素质养成的培养途径、课程设置、课程实施机制、质量保障与评价机制、政策配套措施等可控性核心变量进行分析。 Designing teacher cultivation pattern is to provide favorable conditions for perspective teachers to foster themselves basic quality needed by qualified teacher. It rests with designers to grasp the problem to be solved as well as its variables. This paper aims to offer theoretical foundation for the construction of teacher cultivation pattern by analyzing those key controllable variables including cultivation approach, curriculum design, curriculum implementation mechanism, quality ensuring mechanism, assessment mechanism, matching policy, which may affect pre-service teacher's quality cultivation.
