摘要
从企业人力资源管理对激励机制的需求出发,分析了勘察设计单位激励机制的现状,从物质激励和精神激励两个角度提出了勘察设计单位转制后建立激励机制的方法和有效措施。
Basing the need of incentive mechanism by enterprise human resources management, analyzing the status of current incentive mechanism in investigation & design enterprise, from material and spiritual aspects, this article proposes the methods of building a modern enterprise incentive mechanism for reformed investigation & design enterprise.
