摘要
结合县级规划管理站对规划报建管理业务各类证书管理的实际情况,利用VC++编程技术与数据库管理技术相结合的方法,实现规划报建业务管理的系统开发。本文阐述该管理系统设计开发的技术路线。
Based on the fact that many County-level Departments of programming ＆ applying for building still have no office automation （OA） for all kinds of certificates, using the technology of VC＋＋ and the technology of Databases, we can manage the management information system for programming ＆ applying for building. This paper expatiate the technical courses of the management information system for programming ＆ applying for building.
