摘要
通过对2006年4月-2007年3月在我科行肝癌微创治疗的68例病人低血糖反应的观察及护理。结果由于严密观察，发现及时，处理得当，未发生严重并发症。提示对于肝癌微创治疗病人由于纳差、呕吐、禁食等原因，容易出现低血糖反应，需加强低血糖反应的观察及护理，并做好预防措施，避免严重并发症发生。
A total of 68 cases of cancer patients undergoing mi- cro- invasive therapy developed hypoglycemia reaction in our department from April in 2006 to March in 2007 were observed and nursing care were provided for them. Results： Because of close observation, finding in time and proper treatment for these patients, no severe complications had occurred. It suggested that owing to poor appetite, vomiting and nothing by mouth, liver cancer patients undergoing micro- invasive therapy are easily to develop hypoglycemia reaction. So both observation and nursing care of hypoglycemia reaction should be strength- ened and preventing measures should be taken to avoid severe complications for them.
