摘要
间苯二酚-甲醛气凝胶(RF气凝胶)是一种无序、多孔的纳米非晶固态材料.其政化产物碳化气凝胶(CRF气凝胶)具有大的比表面积、好的导电性和电化学稳定性,成为制备超级电化学双层电容器也(SEDLCs)的理想电极材料.文中研究了RF、CRF气凝胶的网络结构、成分组成、孔径分布及电导率等特性;研究了RF气凝胶的碳化过程,并研制出了静电容量为30F·g-1的SEDLCs的实验室原理性器件,从而为该材料的应用开发奠定了基础.
Aerogels prepared through Resorcinol with Formaldehyde (RF aero-gels) are a kind of disordered, nano-porous non-crystal solid materials.Carbonized RF aerogels(CRF aerogels) have large specific area, good conductivityand excellent electro-chemical stability. CRF aerogels have become idealelectrode materials of making Super Electro - chemical Double- Layer Capacitors(SEDLCs). The ratio of reactants, the use of catslyst, reaction temperature and theamount of solvent affect the structure of resultant RF aerogels. By controllingthese factors, we can vary the structure and density of RF aerogels to satisfy ourneeds. preparation of carbonized aerogels and mechanical properties of CRF arealso studied. Their structures, compositions, pore distributions and conductivitieshave been studied in this paper. A kind of experimental apparatus of SEDLCswhich has capacitance of 30F.g-1 has been prepared.
