摘要
目的研究COX-2、BFGF、BFGFR在大肠癌中的表达和相互作用,以及它们与大肠癌Dukes分期、淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测了49例手术切除的大肠癌及20例大肠增生性息肉组织中的COX-2、BFGF、BFGFR表达。结果COX-2、BFGF、BFGFR在大肠癌中的表达阳性率分别为59.2%、69.3%、65.3%。而增生性息肉的表达率分别为30.0%、40.0%、35.0%。COX-2、BF-GF、BFGFR在大肠癌组织与增生性息肉中表达差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。COX-2、BFGF、BFGFR在大肠癌中表达与肿瘤Dukes分期、淋巴结转移之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大肠癌组织中COX-2与BFGFR无相关性(P>0.05),但COX-2与BFGF,BFGF与BFGFR具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论大肠癌组织中的COX-2、BFGF、BFGFR表达水平增高,参与了大肠癌的发生发展过程,与大肠癌的预后有关;在大肠癌发生发展中COX-2与BFGFR可能是相互独立的作用因子,但COX-2与BFGF,BFGF与BFGFR可能起到协同作用,共同促进肿瘤的发生。
:Objective To study the expression and interaction of Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2),basic fibroblast growth factor (BFGF), basic fibroblast growth factor receptor (BFGFR) in carcinoma of the colon and rectum and the relationship between both COX-2 and BFGF, BFGFR expression and Dukes stages and lyrnphnode metastasis. Methods 49 intestinal biopsy specimens were taken from patients with carcinoma of the colon and rectum and 20 hyperplastic polyp of intestine for controls, the expression of COX-2 and BFGF, BFGFR were detected by immunohistochemical staining( SP method). Results The positive rates of COX-2 and BFGF,BFGFR were 59. 2% ,69. 30%, 65.30% in carcinoma of the colon and rectum respectively. The positive rates of COX-2 and BFGF were 30. 0%, 40. 0%, 35.0% in hyperplastic polyp of intestine respectively. The positive rates of COX-2 and BFGF,BFGFR were significant difference between in carcinoma of the colon and rectum and in hyperplastic polyp of intestine(P〈0. 05). There were significant correlation among the expression of COX-2 and BFGF, BFGFR and Dukes stage,lymphnode metastasis (P〈0. 05). There were no significant relationship between the COX-2 and BFGFR,but there were significant correlation between cox-2 and BFGF, BFGF and BFGFR. Conclusion Excessive expression of COX-2 and BFGF, BFGFR in carcinoma of the colon and rectum participates carcinogenesis. COX-2 and BFGF,BFGFR were related with prognosis;COX-2 was interdependent of BFGFR, but COX-2 and BFGF, BFGF and BFGFR synergismed in carcinoma of colon and rectum.
