MTA_1、nm23-H_1蛋白表达与肝癌转移的关系 被引量:1

摘要 采用免疫组化SP法检测50例肝癌癌组织中MTA1和nm23-H1蛋白的表达情况。结果大体或者镜下有癌栓者MTA1蛋白阳性表达率高于无癌栓的肝癌(P<0.05),nm23-H1蛋白阳性表达率低于无癌栓的肝癌(P<0.05);肝癌中MTA1和nm23-H1蛋白表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。认为MTA1蛋白高表达及nm23-H1蛋白低表达与肝癌发生血道转移有关。
