摘要
核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)是一类普遍存在的转录调节因子。近几年来的研究表明,NF-κB参与了细胞增殖和凋亡调控。NF-κB的活性失控与人类肿瘤生发、浸润转移、耐药、预后密切相关,并为肿瘤治疗提供了新的思路。
Nuclear factor-kappa B（NF-κB） is a ubiquitous factor of transcription regulation. Recent studies showed that NF-κB participated in the regulation of cell proliferation and cell apoptosis. Activity of NF-κB that out of control has close relationship with carcinogenesis, invasion and metastasis, drug resistance and prognosis of human tumor, which also provided new idea for tumor therapy.
