Bacterial Vaginosis and Sexually Transmitted Disease

细菌性阴道病是一种由一些厌氧菌和兼性厌氧菌(主要是加德纳菌属、Prevotella属、拟杆菌属、动弯杆菌属、革兰阳性球菌、支原体属)的过度增殖以及乳酸杆菌的减少或缺失所引起的多细菌性紊乱疾病。近年来的研究发现细菌性阴道病与其他性传播疾病之间存在较大的相关性,过高频率的性生活易产生细菌性阴道病,属于性传播疾病的一种。

Bacterial vaginosis （BV） is a disease with multiple bacterial disorders including excessive proliferation of several anaerobic or facuhative bacteria （maily Gardnerella, Prevotella, Bacteroides species, Mobiluncus soecies, gram-positive cocci, and Mycoplasma species） and reduction or absence of lactobacilli.Recently,we found that there is correlation between BV and other Sexually Transmitted Disease （STD）, higher frequency of sexual life is liable to have BV, which belongs to Sexually Transmitted Disease.
