上尿路结石外科治疗现状 被引量:1

摘要 上尿路结石是常见病、多发病,发病率有上升趋势,随着科技进步及各种新型腔镜、新的碎石器械的出现,上尿路结石的治疗方法也发生了改变。绝大部分的结石病例已由传统开放手术转为应用微创外科治疗,并获得成功。本文就上尿路结石外科治疗现状作一回顾。 Lithiasis of upper urinary tract is the common and frequently-occurring disease with increasing case fatality,of which the therapy is also changed a lot with the development of science and technology as well as kinds of neotype endoscope and instruments of lithotripsy. The majority patients have success cure by minimally invasive surgery, instead of traditional open surgery, This article reviews its surgical therapeutic status.
