应用PET技术对全麻药作用机制的研究

摘要 全身麻醉由药物引起的一种整体生物效应,由于技术条件限制,目前的全麻机制研究多在离体水平进行。正电子发射计算机体层扫描是近年来发展的功能性影像诊断技术,能从在体水平探索全身麻醉药的作用部位及其相应机制,应用此项技术可从形态和功能相结合的角度观察不同的麻醉药作用的不同脑区,进而明确特异性脑功能区与麻醉作用产生的对应关系。 General anesthesia is a sort of global biological effects caused by drugs. Because of limitation of technical conditions, most of studyies about mechanism of general anesthesia are carried out in vitro. Positron Emission Tomography (PET) is a functional imaging diagnostic technique developed recently, which can explore the site of action and corresponding mechanism of general anesthetics in vivo. We can observe the different encephalic region under the action of different aneathetics and then identify the corresponding relationship between specific encephalic region and production of anesthetic action from the view of combination of shape and function by this technique.
