通过分析湿陷性黄土地区建筑物基础下沉事故产生的原因,结合施工经验,从加强养护管理和加强对防水措施维护管理等方面提出了加强该类型建筑物维护管理的方法和建议,以搞好湿陷性黄土地区建筑物的维护工作。

Based upon analysis of the reasons caused the subsidence of the foundation of buildings in collapse loess region and combined with construction experiences practical measures and suggestions are proposed to strengthen maintenance management of this kind of buildings in order to do maintenance work well for buildings in collapse loess region.
