According to the climate and geological conditions of refinery plant constructing area,it analyzes the flat layout features of a refinery plant,brings forward concept of greening functional areas,adopts greening design accordingly,and discusses the greening in different areas,creates a new refinery plant of good and healthy environment,so as to service the production and staffs.
