摘要
对汾河下游防洪工程对环境的影响及当前存在的主要问题进行了有针对性的分析,确定了施工期间应注意的问题,并提出了环境保护的方案,以提高汾河下游河道的防洪能力,促进区域经济持续健康稳定的发展。
It analyzes environmental effect and main problems of Fen River downstream flood control works,fixes the problems during construction,and brings forward environment-protecting plans,in order to improve flood controlling ability of downstream Fen River,promotes the sustainable,healthy and stable development of area economy.
