摘要
桑皮纤维是一种新型纤维素纤维,具有不同于棉和麻的一些特殊品质。文章采用二煮法对桑皮进行脱胶,制得桑皮纤维,初步探讨了酸、碱在脱胶过程中的作用,以及碱与双氧水同浴脱胶漂白原理。对纤维的形态结构和拉伸性能进行了测试。研究结果表明:桑皮纤维平均长度约23.0 mm,纤维纵向有条纹,截面多为近似椭圆形,无中腔,断裂强度优于棉、麻。
Mulberry fiber is a kind of new cellulose fiber being used in textile. It has special characteristics which are different from cotton and flax. two boiling methods are used for degumming of mulberry and function of acid and alkali in degumming process is studied premilarily, and bleach principle of one-bath degumming with alkali and hydrogen peroxide are discussed too. Result shows that the average length of mulberry fiber is about 23. 00mm, there are some fringes in the vertical of fiber,the cross-section of fiber is oval and has no cavity in it, the breaking tenacity is superior to that of cotton and flax.
