摘要
文章介绍了针织牛仔面料的特点及其生产工艺,并通过试验测试了在模拟穿着洗涤条件下,四种典型针织牛仔面料的横纵向密度及水洗缩率变化。测试结果表明,织物的用纱比、织物密度、织物组织对其尺寸稳定性影响较为显著;同时织物横纵向密度变化及水洗缩率变化范围的测定,对针织牛仔面料的后续加工及成衣化都有很重要的指导意义。
This article introduces the characteristics and production process of knitting Jeans. Four kinds of typical knitting Jeans fabrics, which are selected for their different characteristics, are tested through several laundering cycles followed by tumble drying. Quality changes of these fabrics in the widthwise and lengthwise are measured after each process and cycle. The test result indicates that yarn types and ratio, fabric density; structure have relatively significant influence on fabrics shrink- age. The research above is important for guiding the follow-up production process of fabrics and ready-made garments.
