摘要
结合中国房地产市场的发展,从绿色住宅、舒展开放的性格、性能价格比,住宅的配置水平等多个方面进行了论述,同时对住宅的全球化和本土性进行了研究,以期对未来住宅设计起到引导和参考的作用。
Combined with the development of real estate market in China, it discusses from many aspects such as green residence, open and comfortable character, rate of function and price as well as the setting level of residence. Meantime, it researches the globalization and localization of residential buildings, in order to offer guidance and reference for the design of residence in the future.
