加入WTO对建设用地管理的影响及对策探讨

Probing into influence and countermeasures to construction land management after joining WTO

分析了加入WTO后我国建设用地管理存在的问题,分别从建设用地管理过程中税费不清的现状及对外商投资企业的影响进行了分析,提出了为了适应WTO规则,我国建设用地管理应切实转变政府职能,健全相应法律法规以及应该实现管理手段现代化等措施。

Existing problems are appointed out about construction land management in China after joining WTO. In the middle of managing of construction land, the present situation about confusion tax and fee and the influence to investment enterprises of foreign traders are analyzed differently, a series of countermeasures are proposed for adapting to rules of WTO, it is changing government function conscientiously, strengthening fitting laws and regulations, achieving modernization of management means.
