国内与国际工程招投标的差异分析

Analysis on the differences in bid invitation and submission between domestic and international engineering

从适用范围、政府的管理模式、确定造价的依据、标底的编制、中标原则等方面分析了国内国际工程招投标的差异,阐述了我国招标投标制度需要改进的方向,以规范和完善我国工程招投标的发展。

From application scope, government management pattern, cost estimate, pre-tender estimation, principle of winning the bidding and other aspects the differences between domestic and international engineering in bid invitation and submission are analyzed. In addition, the direction for the improvement of system of bid invitation and submission in our country is elaborated in order to normalize and perfect the development of the system of bid invitation and submission.
