住宅建筑集中空调系统传统收费标准的评定与改进

研究上海某住宅小区集中空调系统的收费标准,通过实地调研与测试,分析造成系统运行亏损的原因,计算该小区空调系统实际单位能耗的系统运行成本,对现有的收费策略进行评定与改进,为物业公司重新计费提供依据,也为今后制定住宅建筑集中空调系统的收费标准提供借鉴。

Studies the charge standard of a central air-conditioning system for a residential district in Shanghai, and analyzes the reason for the system＇s loss through inquiry and testing. By recalculating the operating cost per energy consumption, evaluates and mends the existing charge strategy, provides a reference for the property company＇ recharge and in the other similar occasions＇ use.
