摘要 针对宁夏大坝发电厂300MW机组运行中存在的磨煤机组频繁误跳闸,严重影响机组安全生产的问题,该文从热控BMS系统软件组态,通讯等角度,阐述了磨组跳闸原因的分析手段和过程,并结合N-90系统特点和生产需要,提出BMS系统的软件组态和硬件通讯的改进方案,确保大型机组的安全稳定运行,防止因磨煤机组频繁跳闸造成锅炉灭火。 Abstract Frequent tripping of the pulverizers of Ningxia Daba Power Plant's 300 MW generating set seriously handicapped the set's safe operation. The paper explains, from the point of view of the BMS control system's soft ware structure and signal transfer, the reason of tripping and presents an analysis of how it happened. According to the special properties of the N 90 system and operational requirements, the paper suggests a way of improving the BMS system's software structure and the communication hardware, to warrant safe and stable operation of large sets and prevent outage accidents due to flame failures caused by recurring tripping of coal mills.
