摘要
提出一种新工程设计方法,应用三维CAD设计软件的测量功能替代程序中缸内容积随传动轴转角变化的计算,电子表格软件的数据处理功能替代程序的数据处理部分等。这种方法效率高,设计精度可以调整,适合不同设计精度要求,既快捷又易掌握。
The old method is ditficult to popularize. So a new engineering method is brought forward in this paper. This method substitutes CAD design software measurement function for the calculation programme of the cylinder volume change with the rotary angle change of the driving axis and replaces data-processing part of the programme by EXCEL data-processing. The method has highly efficiency and its design precision can be adjusted for different design requirements, which is a high efficient and easily mastered engineering means.
