摘要
研究固体食品破碎方法对菌落总数测定的影响,结果表明:先用生理盐水洗涤被检样品,再进行研磨或均质,测得的菌落总数比直接研磨或均质所测得的结果更加准确。
The influence of different process on determination of bacterium colony total of solid food was studied. The experiment proved that the resuit of bacterium colony total of solid food is more accurate if the sample of solid food is ground or homogenized after wash with physiological saline.
