闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效

Clinical Results of Treatment for Distal Femorl Fractures with close Reduction and Retrograde Intramedullary Interlocking Nail

目的:探讨临床应用闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效。方法:从2002年6月～2005年5月以闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折28例。结果:获得随访28例,随访时间最长20个月,最短4个月,平均11个月,骨折平均愈合时间5个月,根据HSS膝关节临床功能评定优12例,良11例,优良率82.2%,可5例(17.8%),无术后感染及内固定断裂。结论:采用闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉能提供坚强的内固定,出血少,创伤小,有利于骨折的愈合和膝关节功能的恢复,是治疗股骨远端骨折的较理想方法。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical appliatioon and the optium opertion manners of retrograde interlocking intramedallary nails in treating distal femoral fractures.Methods：From June 2002 to May 2005,28 patients of distal femoral fractures were treated with retrograde placement of interlocking intramedallary nails and close reduction.Resutls：28 patients were followed up for 4-20 months,averaging 11 months.The average time of bone healing was 5 months. The functional scores on HSS： 12 excellent and 11 good with an excellence rate of 82.2%. 5 were fair accounting for 17.8%.There was no implant breakage and infection.Conclusion ：It is a good way with retrograde intramedullary nail and close reduc- tion to treat the distal femoral fracture.It can proride a stable and reliable fixation,with decreased blood loss and minimal trauma in the fracture site.h facilitates the fracture healing and the functional recovery of the knee joint and worthwhile to be recommended.
