摘要
以南京椴种子(果实)为研究材料,对果皮、种皮和胚乳中所存在的抑制物质进行甲醇浸提,并进行白菜种子发芽测定,利用系统溶剂法初步分离种子和果皮中的抑制物质。结果表明:果皮、种皮和胚乳中确含有抑制白菜种子发芽的物质;果皮中抑制物存在于乙醚相和甲醇相,种子中抑制物存在于甲醇相,对白菜种子发芽起到明显抑制作用。
The Nanjing Linden seeds (fruits) were taken as the materials to extract gvrmination inhibitor respectively from fruit shell, seed coat, and endosperm with methanol solution, and conduct the germination test of Chinese cabbage seeds using those extracts. Also, germination inhibitors in seed and fruit shell were preliminarily isolated by the system solvent extraction. It is proved germination inhibitor was contained in the fruit shell, seed coat, and endosperm. The germination inhibitor of fruit shell distributed in the phases of aether and methanol, and the germination inhibitor of seed distributed in the phases of methanol. These germination inhibitors obviously inhibited germination of Chinese cabbage seeds.
