摘要 室外小笼试验,新型水解蛋白(水解蛋白Ⅰ)对橘小实蝇室内虫源、野生当代虫源引诱率分别为48.750 0±3.555 6、45.833 3±3.847 6;相对应的水解蛋白Ⅱ和GF-120的引诱率分别为38.541 7±2.708 3、38.541 7±2.777 4、35.625 0±3.185 0、37.708 3±3.528 3;室外大笼试验,水解蛋白Ⅰ对室内、野生当代虫源与水解蛋白Ⅱ、GF-120的引诱数量比分别为1.084 6±0.115 3、1.153 3±0.275 3、1.539 6±0.351 2、1.236 4±0.285 2;田间试验,水解蛋白Ⅰ与Ⅱ和GF-120在24 h内对橘小实蝇的引诱数量比分别为1.093 2±0.058 5、0.958 2±0.113 7。虽然水解蛋白Ⅰ与Ⅱ和GF-120在不同虫源上的引诱效果差异不尽一致,但是小笼试验、大笼试验和田间试验都表明其对本地橘小实蝇具有很强的引诱活性,具有一定的开发和田间应用前景。 Protein bait is an important weapon to control Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel). The attraction ratios of the new protein bait ( I ), the protein hydrolysate II and GF-120 to reared and wild flies in small cages are 48. 750 0±3. 555 6, 45. 833 3±3. 847 6 ; 38. 541 7±2. 708 3, 38. 541 7±2. 777 4 and 35. 625 0±3.185 0, 37. 708 3 ±3. 528 3 respectively. The relative attraction ratios of the I to II and I to GF-120 of reared and wild flies in big cages are 1.084 6±0. 115 3, 1. 153 3±0.275 3 and 1.539 6±0. 351 2, 1. 236 4±0. 285 2 respectively. The relative attraction of the I to II and I to GF-120 in field tests within 24 h are 1. 093 2 +0. 058 5 and 0. 958 2±0. 113 7. Based on the above studies, it is concluded that the new protein is a good bait for local B. dorsalis and enjoys the prospect of further development and application in the field.
