从检验实际出发,提出了在用工业管道检验的重点项目、关键部位及缺陷处理原则。为了防止各种腐蚀引起的管道泄漏,定期进行宏观检验和壁厚测定是目前最有效、最经济的预防措施;但对管道外部进行常规无损探伤的作用及有效性值得研究。

This paper proposed important items and key locations for piping inspection in service and methods for dealing with flaws. To prevent piping leakage from various kinds of corrosion, periodic visual inspection and thickness measure is the most effective and economical preventive measures;but the use and effectiveness of outside inspection with NDT for piping is worth researching.
