摘要
介绍了采用声发射技术对76只集束式高压氢气钢瓶在带氢介质下升压进行在线检验和安全评定的方法。检测结果表明,72只钢瓶连续工作时间可延长3年,4只钢瓶出现B级或C级声发射定位源,需第二年再进行一次声发射在线检验以确定其延长工作的年限。
The acoustic emission on-line monitoring method and safety evaluation result of 76 bunchy hydrogen gas are introduced. The monitoring results showed that there was no active AE sources for 72 cylinders and there were level B or C low active AE sources for 4 cylinders. The evaluating results gave that 72 cylinders could continuously operate next 3 years and 4 cylinders need to be monitored again by AE after operating one year.
