甘氨双唑钠对恶性肿瘤放疗增敏作用的临床研究

目的评价甘氨双唑钠(希美钠)联合放疗治疗肿瘤的近期疗效及毒副作用。方法增敏放疗组30例肿瘤患者采取希美钠联合放疗,与采取普通放疗的30例病例进行比较。结果增敏放疗组完全缓解22例(73.33%),普通放疗组完全缓解12例(40%)。两组毒副作用未见明显差异。结论增敏放疗组近期疗效优于普通放疗组,且毒副作用未见明显增加。

Objective To evaluate the curative effects in the near future and the toxin-side effects of the sodium glycididazole associative therapy to the malignant tumor, Methods The study group was 30 patients taking the sodium glycididazole associative therapy,and the control group was the other 30 patients taking the ordinary radiotherapy, Results Twenty two cases（ 73.33% ） in the study group were com- pletely remission,and 12 cases （40%） in the control group were completely remission, There was no difference of the toxin-side effects between the two groups. Conclusions The curative effects of the control group are better than the control group with no increasing toxin-side effects found.
