食用菌混流式隧道干燥设备的改进设计 被引量:3

摘要 改进前的食用菌隧道干燥设备为风机顶置逆流式,初始投资少,结构简单,但热效率低,经济效益差,不能满足企业节能降耗的要求。将其改进设计为混流式隧道干燥设备后,热空气流动均匀,并能合理回收利用废气热能,显著提高了干燥设施使用的经济效益,既节能又省时。试验表明,改进的设备较原有设备节能20%以上,节省劳动力50%,日产平均提高20%以上。 The common-used, top-mounted-fan tunnel driers, with advantages of less initial investment and simple structure, also disadvantages of low heat energy and bad economic benefits, cannot meet the demands of saving energy and increasing efficiency of company. The air velocity of the improved drier is homogeneous and the waste gas and heat energy can be recycled reasonably, the economic benefits of using drier equipment can be obviously improved, with energy and time both being saved. Related test shows that comparing with the original equipment, the improved drier can economize energy by 20% more, save labor force by 50% and improve averagely daily production by 20% more.
