摘要 目前,我国大型多功能花生收获机械较多,但适合农户小面积种植使用的小型简易花生收获机械却较少。随着农村劳动力的大量转移,"三秋"大忙季节花生收获劳动力明显不足,农民对集挖掘、抖土和铺放功能于一体的简易花生收获机械需求迫切。为此,设计了一种结构简单、操作方便且价格低廉的花生收获机,介绍了该机的结构和工作原理,论述了主要部件结构的设计和参数确定。经实验证明,该机比人工收获效率提高近10倍,满足了农户的需要,是比较理想的小型花生收获机械。 There are many large-scale and multipurpose peanut-harvesters in china at present, but there are few small-scale simple machines which are appropriate for small cultivated area, home service. With labors outgoing from countryside, labor resources are very shortage for harvesting peanut in harvest-time. Peasants were urgent need one kind of simple peanut-harvesters with three functions-excavation and shake the earth and laying. So, one kind simple peanut-harvester was designed which has simple structure and convenience operating and cheap price. This paper introduced structure and operating principle of the machine, expounded design for principal parts and parameters define. Proved by testing this machine is able to raise 10 times working efficiency and meet the needs of peasants. It is a better ideal agricultural machinery for peanut harvest.
