摘要 设计了一种水田激光平地机具液压系统。该液压系统主要由液压油泵、电磁换向阀、液压缸、蓄压器和散热器等元件组成。液压泵由拖拉机的动力输出轴驱动;电磁换向阀采用拖拉机电源直流12V供电,可实现平地机具两端分别独立升降;蓄压器起到缓冲作用可改善系统油压的稳定性;散热器可保证液压油温不超过70℃;背压阀用来调节平地机具的下降速度。实际应用表明,水田激光平地机构液压系统能与控制系统相匹配,工作正常。 A hydraulic system was developed for laser land leveler for paddy field. The pump was driven by power-out-axle of the tractor, and powered by 12 DC from the tractor two solenoid operated directional valves was controlled by the laser system and horizontal balance system independently, thus the movement of the two cylinders could be controlled respectively and independently. The hydraulic accumulator could improve the stability of the oil pressure as a buffer while the radiator could make the temperature of the oil not exceed 70℃. The fall speed of the leveler was adjusted by the one- way restrictor. Field application showed that the hydraulic system of leveler for paddy field designed in this paper could match with the control system.
