摘要 冻干室的压力是影响食品冻干品质和能耗的主要因素。为此,对常规不可调压的LGJ-18型冷冻干燥机进行改进设计,使其能克服手工调压的不足,并能在冻干过程中准确地调节真空压力。通过该装置的实验表明,与恒压冻干的贝柱能耗相比,冻干时间可以缩短10%左右。经调压参数优化后,冻干时间可以缩短约20%,大大减小了冻干的能耗。 The pressure of drying chamber is the major factor of freeze-drying quality and energy consumption. This paper changes the old design of LGJ-18 freeze-dryer .Make its adjustable pressure. Then, do experiment by this freeze-dryer , mainly explores the effects of adjustable pressure on the time of freeze-drying to obtain the optimal parameters as follows: high pressure 60Pa, low pressure 10Pa, adjustable temperature 0℃, The results indicate: Compared with the optimal constant pressure ,the method of adjustable pressure shortens the time of freeze-drying 10% or so ,optimal method shortens 20% or so, the energy consumption is a decrease greatly.
