摘要
介绍了奎西发动机的由来、结构、工作原理、应用、优越性和发展潜力。奎西发动机采用壳体(定子)—转子结构设计,其转子为4个枢轴叶片构成的可变的菱形几何结构,转子每转1周,奎西发动机完成4个燃烧冲程,没有轴机构,容积脉冲波和压力脉冲波不遵循正弦波规律,与往复活塞式和汪克尔发动机的特性不同,适用于作为光电爆震发动机。奎西发动机以其独特、新颖的结构为解决汽车发动机油耗和尾气排放这两个问题提供了一个飞跃性的技术平台。
The origin, configurations, operation principles, applications, advantages and development potentials of the Quasiturbine engines (QT) are introduced in this paper. The QT is like a rotary engine with a deformable rotor made of four identical blades and the chambers of the QT rotor can generate four combustion "strokes" per rotor revolutions. Because the QT has no crankshaft, the internal volume variations and pressure waves do not follow the usual sinusoidal engine movements, which provide very different characteristics from the piston or the Wankel engine, and the QT is suitable for photo-detonation Engine. In addition, it is suggested that a great technology platform will occur by using QT possessing unique and novel construction, the two problems of fuel consumption and exhaust gas will be bettered a lot too.
