国内外玉米收获机械研究现状及思考

研制适合我国国情的玉米收获机械,对解放劳动力、提高玉米生产效率和增强国民经济实力有着重大的意义。国外发达国家已经基本上实现玉米收获机械化,随着科学技术的不断发展,玉米收获机械正在朝着大型化、专业化、通用性、高适应性、智能化和人性化方向发展。国内玉米收获机械研制起步较晚,虽有产品上市,但技术都不太成熟,玉米收获机械化水平较低。为此,通过对国内外玉米收获技术研究现状的分析,结合国内玉米品种繁多和种植行距不统一的现状,探讨了我国玉米联合收获机械的市场需求,预测了我国在本领域的中长期发展方向。

Developing corn harvester that adapts to domestic conditions is significant to liberating labour, improving the efficiency of harvesting corn, strengthening national economy. Corn harvester has been applied, and is developing to large-scale, profession, all-purpose, high adaptability, intellectualized and personalizes with the science develop in developed country. Researching of corn harvester starts late and having products in the market, but the technology is not mature and level of mechanization harvesting corn is low. The article discussed the market demand of domestic corn harvester, and forecasted the medium and long-term developmental direction of corn harvester by analyzing of domestic and foreign researching of corn harvest technology, domestic corn many varieties, planting row spacing not unified.
